1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 388wen platform, including all games, features, promotions and services available on the website and mobile app. By accessing or using 388wen in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and 388wen. If you are using the platform on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and by accepting them, you do so on their behalf.

388wen reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on 388wen, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 388wen is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must be the individual named on the account and registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been banned from 388wen.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited for your individual circumstances.

If 388wen reasonably suspects that an account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements — particularly age verification — the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage players will be permanently closed and any remaining balance will not be paid out.

3. Account Registration

You may register only one account on 388wen. Each person is permitted a single account regardless of the device, browser or payment method used. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, valid contact details and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone else.

You must notify 388wen support promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 388wen will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification

388wen may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method. This may include a copy of your national identity card, a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account registered in your name, or other reasonable documentation. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended and withdrawals being placed on hold.

Providing false or misleading documentation is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure. Any balance held at the time of closure in such cases will be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

388wen processes all transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 388wen account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. 388wen does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. You must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus-derived balance. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to a bonus are generally available for withdrawal after standard account verification.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than Bank Transfer requests. 388wen aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly, but does not guarantee specific processing times.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

388wen offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. It is your responsibility to read and understand the conditions attached to any bonus before accepting it.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only — not for systematic exploitation or profit extraction.
• 388wen may withdraw, modify or cancel a bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.
• If 388wen identifies coordinated bonus abuse across multiple players, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on 388wen — including slots, slot games, live casino, fish games, sports betting and any other format — must be played in good faith and in accordance with the rules published for each individual game or betting market.

Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 388wen:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or manipulate the random number generator (RNG) used in any slot or casino game.
• Placing bets with the intention of laundering money or disguising the origin of funds.

388wen uses certified RNG technology across all slot and casino games. RTPs are published within each game's information panel. Where a technical fault occurs during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — 388wen will follow a fair resolution process, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the stake to your balance.

Sports Betting

Sports betting on 388wen covers cricket including T20 internationals and Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, football, esports and other markets. Odds are updated in real time and are correct at the time a bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 388wen specifically offers a cash-out feature on that market.

388wen reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a match result is subsequently found to have been manipulated, or where there is reasonable evidence of irregular betting activity connected to a specific event.

7. Responsible Gaming

388wen takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming is entertainment, and we strongly encourage all players to treat it that way — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

We recommend that every player sets a personal PKR budget before each session and sticks to it regardless of whether they are winning or losing. Time limits are equally important — it is easy to lose track of time when playing, and setting a hard stop for each session helps maintain a healthy balance.

Players may request account limits — including deposit limits, session time limits or a cooling-off period — by contacting 388wen support. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and processed promptly. A self-excluded player must not attempt to re-register using different details.

9. Limitation of Liability

388wen provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs reliably and all game outcomes are fair, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• 388wen is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on your end, device failures or third-party payment provider delays.
• 388wen is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform.
• In the event of a proven platform error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payment, 388wen's liability is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected round.
• Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with 388wen support within 7 days of the event. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

Nothing in these terms limits 388wen's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Account Termination

You may close your 388wen account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (subject to completed verification and no pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

388wen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• You have provided false information during registration or verification.
• You are found to be operating multiple accounts.
• You are confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of your account presents a risk to other players or the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 388wen's discretion depending on the nature of the breach.

11. Changes to These Terms

388wen may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we may also notify active players via their registered contact details, though this is not guaranteed for all updates.
